At SF Creative, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Please review the following shipping and cancellation terms before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time depending on the product and customization requirements. Any applicable additional timeframe will be communicated where possible.

Shipping

We ship orders to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, product availability, courier service, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping partner, customers may receive tracking information where available.

SF Creative will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If an order is delayed or marked undelivered, please contact us so that we can assist with checking the shipment status.

In some situations, the delivery partner may attempt delivery again or return the package to the sender.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been processed, customized, or shipped.

Once an order has entered production, customization, or shipment, cancellation may not be possible.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Cancellation by SF Creative

SF Creative reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as:

Product being unavailable
Incorrect pricing or product information
Payment verification issues
Suspected fraudulent activity
Incorrect or incomplete order information
Operational or delivery restrictions

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by SF Creative, the applicable amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.
